I’m Ariana — a Certified Holistic Health Coach with a bachelor’s in Nutrition, a master’s in Holistic Nutrition, and a Pilates and Yoga Instructor. My journey began with a love for the science and aesthetic of food, but over time, I realized that true nourishment isn’t just about what we eat — it’s about how we live.

Food touches every part of us — our energy, our emotions, and how we show up in the world. I began to see it not as something to control, but as a mirror of self-care, intuition, and connection.

Movement has become one of the most powerful tools I’ve found for releasing trauma and stuck emotion. As a Pilates Instructor, I integrate somatic practices that help the body speak, soften, and unwind. The way we live — and the practices we turn to for support — carve the path for healing.

As I deepened into this truth, my work softened. I now hold space with presence and compassion, supporting others in slow, quiet, and personal healing.

This isn’t about fixing yourself — it’s about remembering who you are. I’m here to guide you back to your own wisdom through food, embodiment, and self-trust.
